What a beautiful place one wonders at the depth of history we are blessed with. Unforgettable but neglected place. it's right on the historical route to India main. Alexander and the Central Asian invaders used this route. There are ruins of a British Era circuit house in the area as well. It reflects how deep they were into the roots of the sub Continent. The drive itself is amazing.

Kusak fort is a fortified camp built on top of solid rock 400 meters high, right on Chakwal and Jhelum border. The fort was upgraded by Raja Jodh, the son of Raja Mal Khan Janjua to protect the Eastern Flank of the his kingdom from invaders.

Very historic place. Less known. Away from main roads or popular destinations its a jewel hidden in mountains around Choa Sedan Shah. Accessible via less famous Road to Heaven near Choa- Basharat Road. People are friendly. Place is worth visiting. A narrow road leads to the village and the site itself. Moderate walk takes to the top in half an hour. Views from top are breath-taking.
