Pharilla Forest Rest House is also Known as CDA Rest House. It is Well Built Structure by capital Development Authority in Margalla Hill Area for Tourist and Own Employees. Building are consist of Three Room Kitchen , Baths. In Front of It there Garden lounge with Wooden Seating Benches. Sight and View Points from here looks are Rawal Lake, Bahira Golf City, Bahria Enclave, Bhara Kahu, Phulgran & Shakar Parian Etc. it is almost 7-8 km away from Dheri Rakhala on Top of Margella hill. Road are unpaved and jeep Track but Motor Bike and bicycle easy go there. Second route is from Neelan Bhoto to upward hill Jeep Track of 5Km with full of Pines trees and Hard path.

Peaceful place to spend time in nature... You can hike from pir sohawa trail and also from neelan bhotu side. There are no. of trails leading towards the guest house at the top. We trekked from neelan bhotu to CDA rest house in about 2.5 hrs. The trek is continuously steep. Water is nowhere to be found. So bring your food, water and snacks with you. Very good place for one day hiking lovers. The rest house surely feels like a haunted place.

9 km off roading/ hiking from the pir sohawa road.. Beautiful place for camping. Peaceful. Though scarcity of water. But cool place for a daytrip/ hangout away from noise of city.
