Despite this company mainly targeting and serving large corporations and businesses, I was personally met with extreme friendliness and consideration by the owner himself. He was an extremely polite person, who despite being on a lunch break with his family, talked to me personally to request me to wait in another room before his employees could assist me. Even a small shop which caters to individual customers would have told me off in similar situation. This alone deserves the highest praise for this company. After I had paid him for the stabilizer which I had bought, and taken a receipt, I requested the owner if he could ask his employees to test the operating input voltage for me as I had a specific requirement for it. He was again kind enough to refund me right away, as the stabilizer wasn't functioning properly for my required voltage range. Bonus points for integrity and fairness here, which once again, I haven't experienced with even the businesses meant to serve individual customers. They import and service a wide range of APC UPS's, and various other business and enterprise oriented power devices including somewhat cheaper Chinese brands.
