Very poor service and the staff is very rude . All the workstations / counters trying to robe Yiu for use less fees, asking for COVID 19 test booking ....... just for commission ...... asking for CNIC copy although provided but they insist on making photo copies from inside their commission shop same as for the pictures ... Ya Allah in za limon ko tbah kr ... families ky sath btazimi krty hain and guess what no biometric is working . You have to come again from 300 km away ... Allah Etimad ky staff ko sari Zindagi Zalil Kary amen summa amen

Worst helpline services ever in Pakistan. Website has given 6 landline numbers and whenever you call no one will pick up.this is not issue of 1 day this is permanent issue.you have to go to their office for just taking information.youxhave to waste your time and sonetimes a whole day for going there for minor informations which can b easily taken through landline services (If they are working)

Poor web application, unable to take appointment even though I canceled old one but still not letting take new appointment. Don't even take phone calls. Such unprofessional people.

Poor service , i submitting my family passport and visa fee in.march 2020 and the next day saudi embassy stopped visa processing . I am.in KSA amd calling at there number for last six months they are not picking calls not replying my rmails even they have not submitted our passports back

Another alive example of corrupt administration. If you have regular appointment, they will say system is down. If you don't have appointment, They will charge you with VIP/ Lounge fees to continue the process.

This place isn't too bad for visa services. The processes are sometimes slow but they might be due to the laziness from the Saudi Embassy. They can make immense improvements though. The Saudi embassy is closed nowadays.
