Rates are reasonable as compared to any other in Islamabad. Thats the only thing they provided. Overall good. Best for monthly shopping of daily routine.
Great produce at great prices. Family run business. Inside you find it very clean, excellent range of products, well displayed. Well lit. From fresh meat, vegetables to dry vegetables, dates, cosmetics, soft drinks, batteries, hair products, soft drinks, It seems to have every need you can think of. Recommended

Prices are discounted as compare to other retail stores. They have different branches at different locations of twin cities now. This particular branch is very congested ... it was better if they had more space between shelves for customers to move. Parking space is again an issue as usual.
Good addition to Islamabad's Grocery Stores, but space is a bit congested and the staff is totally unprofessional. Zero attention to customers services, need much attention towards staff training and customers care.
A newly opened Cash and carry at Abpara Islamabad near the melody food park. All items of daily use are available here, the ground floor consists of appliances and kitchen supplies as well as Stationary, door mats and other daily use stuff while the ground floor is for groceries and almost all items like milk, ghee, vegetable oil baking products are available here. The cash and carry also consists of imported items like cheetos, doritos, feroro rochers and all imported chocolates. The staff is friendly and the staff along with the checkout helped in packing the items and drop them off in the car. However a little more organizing of isles is necessary. Had to ask price of most stuff as they were not labeled.
