I think this is the best store for buying Apple products in Islamabad. Period. I have, in the past, purchased items from PakMac. They are good as well, but customer service and pricing are much better at Needful Things. I got the magic keyboard for my iPad Pro (12.9) and Airpods (Gen 2). The store manager also offered to deliver the items at my place (that was very kind of him). I will 100% recommend them for Apple products.

The only thing about the store is that you can get what you are looking for. The down side is it's pretty expensive including some brands that are pretty cheap else where. Overall the experience is good to have and would recommend as the last possible option. Cheers mate

Pretty Useless This Time! Despite Otherwise High Reputation! Here goes the story...on 27th December around 9 PM I visited the store my requirement was a gadget with capability to record audio the staff on duty appeared clueless about its existence I googled and helped them see it on my phone & they were like you can try to buy it online from Alibaba...hence my visit was fruitless...I expected that staff might have offered to source the gadget but their aloofness suggested that they seemed not interested in expanding the business or helping the customer!
