The Place is Quite & Peaceful but needs so much restoration. It could become a tourists attraction if Govt. Pays attention to it.

Good and picturesque place, locals tell you not to climb the walls coz of the houses in the near vicinity... Plus there are a lot of Shahtoot trees as well...

A 16th century Inn (saraii) at GT road with graves of Sultan Sarang khan and his sons contains rooms and a mosque About 1-2 hours drive from Islamabad depends on traffic conditions That place is not maintained but still people who are interested in history must visit

It is a small but beautiful historical fort, with stone walls and stone buildings, hidden behind the buildings on the main GT road Rawat. It has a car park and a small entrance fee. Once inside, you can quickly check out all the area within half an hour. However, the most disappointing part is that this fort lacks proper maintenance and has not enough historical description for visitors. Visitors don't get to know the history of these buildings or graves. Hopefully, the govt will focus more on developing this fort.

They are trying to preserve this old stopover of Sheh Shah Suri , graves as old as 15th Century . Nice place to visit and lost in history. The fort was built in the 10th Century. Locals told me since PTI government came in, for the first time in Pakistan's history, government is trying to repair and preserve this asset
