Absolutely disgusting customer service. Did not have the courtesy to be truthful in dealing and delayed the delivery of tiles by 9 days ( when it was clear it was needed ASAP because of wedding coming ahead). I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a respectable and responsible company to address the needs of their house. Overpriced, with sh*tty quality service.

Very bad experience of life with shopkeeper, I have bought tiles over 2 million pkr and latter I paid few thousands for next order and then I cancel eventhough order was not made. And from that day January 2019 upto now they paid me back little by little after exchanging many messages and calls and visits to shop. And even now they still have to pay which is pending towards bentoz (acc to policy they should pay back in 15 days). What a shame for benitoz

Plz never pay full amount in advance... they will promise delivery and then faulter either on quantity or delivery schedule... always pay the balance after receipt of exact qulaity and quantity of tiles....
