I had several experiences with the doctors at this hospital. I used to take stray cats for treatment. I got my cat spayed from here and the experience was excellent. The doctors are very professional, considerate and caring. But my recent experience this Tuesday was phenomenal. I took a stray kitten that was really really sick. The doctor on duty treated him with all his devotion to save his life. Unluckily, the kitten could not be saved even after trying for an hour or so, but the doctor was so emotional and sympathetic that he couldn't hold his tears. He didn't even charge me a penny. May Allah bless him with best of both worlds. For me the doctors at this hospital are the best.

Please do not take your pets to these guys. Their main vet is hardly around, and the others barely have any experience. I took my six-week puppy to them four times within a span of 2 days. Puppy was lethargic, had mild diarrhea, and was throwing up. Despite these symptoms, these guys went ahead and gave him his vaccination (Primodog) and de-wormed him and kept insisting the dog was fine. Despite my insistence that they admit the pup, they sent him back Everytime saying he is fine. Eventually took my dog to another vet who immediately diagnosed him with Parvo and put him on IV. Horrible horrible experience. And, despite the third wave of Covid, none of the vets working here wear a mask!

I got my female cat spayed from here and I kept on going there for two weeks for follow ups and wound cleaning, they were very kind and were only very helpful. Dr.Waleed is very professional and was always there to help. I even got my cat groomed when she recovered and they did an amazing job at it. Not everyone cares for animals like they do. Would definitely recommend this clinic to all pet owners.

If you want yo leave your animal at their place? I don't recommend. They have my cat for 5 days. When I left it there, the cat's condition wasn't that critical. The next day when I went to see my cat, he looked very series and critical. He now has mouth issues and throat. He can not breath easily. It wasn't such when I left him. They are putting dogs and cats in the same cage which will be very bad of you are a cat owner. At least I can only recommend you to only get examine for your pet from them and handle the rest at your house. They are not good in handling the animal when admit.

Highly recommend Dr. Hashim's service. Mainstream doctors should learn from his professionalism. The staff is also friendly. They took care of my Pow (cat) and treated his wounds well. He's recovering. Thank you so much!

Dr. Hashim really helped me during the delivery of my dog and he remained available on the phone as I disturbed him multiple times at night. The best part is, he explained the things to me in a pretty simple way although he was not charging any amount from me. Best vet in the town. Totally recommended!
