Purchased floor and bathroom tiles for my house. The design for both floors tiles were selected and advance was paid on each and every transaction. But at the delivery of times both floor tiles were not available. The same design were available in premium quality. For one floor I did not paid the extra amount and tiles were supplied at the previous rates. For 2nd floor I was offered the same tiles with bigger size. I was compensated in the sense that the color which I had selected Initially was provided in other brand tiles. Besides the problem the owner did come up with solutions and did compensated me. Although there are lot of shops at Murree road, Sohan road (inside there are lot of big warehouses which supply tiles to Rwp / ISD market. In my opinion Tile n Taps is a good shop for purchasing of floor and Bathroom tiles
