Worlds largest fort and it still has its walls standing. Very well preserved if compared with other forts of Pakistan. Has a small pond nearby Pariyon jo Thal. Guides can help with the history of the place. There is another fort on the mountain which we can see but would have a lot of effort to reach there. Minimal facilities available here but still a must visit place for travel and history enthusiasts

Ranikot Fort is a historical Talpur fort near Sann, Jamshoro District, Sindh, Pakistan. Ranikot Fort is also known as The Great Wall of Sindh and is believed to be the world's largest fort, with a circumference of approximately 32 kilometres. The fort's ramparts have been compared to the Great Wall of China.

This fort is easily accessible from Karachi through the National Highway. After departing from Karachi, head to Dadu through on the Indus Highway. The road is in excellent condition. It's an hour-long journey to San, the home of Sindhi nationalist, GM Syed. A little further from the town there comes a diversion. A rusty board announces that Ranikot is some 30 km away. Even though the road is in pathetic condition, the distance can be covered in 30 to 40 minutes.

World largest forte..for what purpose and who build that forte its still mysterious..forte length is 27 kilometres on beautiful hills,,its amazing and must add Rani kot in WONDER OF WORLD. Pakistan government must promote it and develop roads and facilities for tourists.

Highly recommended, one of the most epic places in Pakistan. Its so majestic that other forts just fade in comparison. A day trip from Karachi will do because it is hardly 4 hours from the Karachi toll plaza. The road leading to the fort is not in the best of conditions but still doable for normal cars/bikes.

Mesmerizing place with majestic beauty though left only ruins but still hold a charismatic beauty with whispers of sleeping past, reaching here is not difficult from main highway some 35km away road is reasonable.
