Chotu Chaiwala Pvt Ltd, formed in 2015, is Pakistan’s largest tea café chain and retailer of award winning specialty chai. Headquartered in Karachi, Sindh, Chotu Chaiwala has 15 retail stores and has won the Governor Sindh Food Excellence Award and the APRA award this year. The Company's objective is to establish Chotu as the most recognized and respected brand of chai in the world. To achieve this goal, the Company will continue to rapidly expand its retail operations, grow its mail order and specialty sales operations, and selectively pursue other opportunities to leverage and grow the Chotu brand through the introduction of new products and the development of new distribution channels. Outside of its company‐operated retail stores, the Company started franchising in 2017. Chotu also sells packaged tea products including Family Mixture, Danedar, Lemon Grass and Green Tea, ready‐ to‐drink beverages including its bottled iced tea and iced chai, and other products mainly through licensing relationships.
