1. Location is good. 2. Building inside is in pathetic condition. 3. Very poor corridor lighting and painting condition. 4. Staircases poorly maintained. 5. Toilets in poor condition. 6. Electrical fluctuations due to poor wiring and no proper maintenance. 7. Overall condition not good. 8. Infact a progressive investor should take over the building, give it a proper facelift. Can establish good offices and shops.
