Although I have personally never preferred Travel agents for any of my trips ever, I do have an idea about how it works generally. We were planning a trip and it didn’t work well, But I was amazed at how nicely Al Ghaffar handled our queries and made sure we get the best of their services in the best of price that they could offer.
