Teaching staff is fine but Berlitz system of teaching is Poor. Quick points, It's expensive, overpriced & they give you 4 hours of time in a week whereas other centers offer 10 hours of learning time at much cheaper cost so the difference is before you.

I inquired about their Spanish class (DHA branch, Karachi). I was told to schedule a meeting with one of their counselors to discuss it. No other details were given on the phone even after asking multiple times (eg cost of program, details about the class, etc). When I met with the counselor, he first took 1000 rupees, after which they told me that they DON'T have classes due to low demand. He offered me a Skype class at a ridiculous cost. Fair warning to anyone looking to learn anything other than English or chinese- DON'T waste your time and money arranging a meeting with their counselors. They're ripping people off.
