Stay clear of this place and the 'high end' mattresses they are selling. I purchased their top of the line Halo King Mattress on 11-2-2021 (1 month ago) for Rs 87,300 . A week after purchase the mattress started sinking from the middle…(see pictures). It felt I was sleeping in a ditch and I started waking up with severe body aches. I called the repair helpline and they sent out Waqar on 1-3-2021 to diagnose the issue. He confirmed the problem was severe and was surprised that the fault had developed within a week of purchase. He thought I had it for 6-7 years. He said the spring assembly will need to be replaced and that I will be given a regular foam mattress while the repair was on going. I told him that was unacceptable and that I will reach out to the showroom. I spoke with Haseeb and then Ishraq(Manager) at the 26th street showroom. Even after 2 weeks of dealing with the store, I have not had a resolution to this problem. They claim they have forwarded my request to their GM but no one has reached out to me. I want this joke of a mattress picked up and my money returned to me asap.
