Well, the one and only experience from which currently I am going through with this ship-liner are really pathetic and terrible. They even don't know the meaning of customer service. The so-called procedural delays, so-called approvals which never come, unethical charges and detention money which is their main bread and butter. In short, I must say small people sitting on big chairs. They are playing with your goods and enjoying your frustration over delays in their procedures. Even they are free my advice is don't choose them for your commercial as well as personal goods shipments.
