Positive: They have a wider variety of premium coffee and equipment. And various other commercial machines. Negative: The do not have the highest standards of customer service. I asked if I can make the payment online and they can send a 3rd party rider to which they said a no. I will not be following up with them and instead move to another vendor. Remember: *IF YOU ARE NOT ONLINE - YOU ARE BASICALLY OFFLINE* Whoever reads it - Good luck.
