This is the WORST branch of DHL. They are very unprofessional and have no idea how to pack. They will destroy your items. They don’t accept credit cards either. I went there to ship a parcel and the receptionist Mubashir shoved my items into the box and started taping it even though the box was ripping. I kept telling him my items will get destroyed but he kept insisting he knows what he’s doing. Very unprofessional. Please don’t go there. There is another DHL branch on the opposite road on Shah Faisal which is an OFFICIAL DHL branch. They offer much better professional services with similar rates.

This outlet is the most exquisite outlet in entire karachi branch. They give extra deal of pizza also with every parcel booked. Just complimentary. They give lowest rate due to franchise. There is never a comparison of any outlet from this outlet. The staff is extra humble, and very blunt. They respect customer as being always right only based on the service they provide, however they respect customer indivually like brothers and sisters.
