Dhoraji kitchen are basically a caters who are famous for thier authentic and traditional memon style biryani. With biryani thier other dishes are also very famous like masoor pulaou, memoni yakhni pulao, qourma, karhaii and many other dishes. Thier busy days are normally Friday to Sundays because here Pakistan normally weddings on weekends.
