Bad service , i went to tariq road location. After fiiling out paper work , Lady start talking eachother. After 35 minutes asking is your PCR testing done Idiot . Now showing report as positive and same result was taken at Agha Khan and came as negative. Bunch on scams and cheater . Avoid these people at any cost . Not professional

Today I attended health related work shop there. Had a good experience. Work shop time is 4:45pm but it's been delay & started on 5:30. Session was really interesting and both trainers were Spot On, in their Specific fields. Glad to attend such a fruitful session. Overall Experience is good. I went to.gulshan branch for a test and the guy who was taking my blood was highly unprofessional and put a bruise on my arm using a thick.needle and rough handling..I do not recommend Essa Lab at all.

Ok place for Lab Testing. I have to wait for one hour for my small work. I wanted to change my name spelling in report which was not correct before. It took One hour to wait.

Third class service. Have to wait 15-20minutes to collect reports because the accompanying forms are never filled by staff till someone comes to collect their report
