I have recently visited this office for license renewal through online appointment. The whole process was successfully completed im around 20 minutes without any hassles and bribe.

Staff was cooperative n Guided me well.. I went for learning license, fees charged for this 315 rs n 60 rs for plastic coating. Almost in half an hour I got my learning license

Very smooth process. it took 45 min for me( for permanent license). just get your online appointment, reach there and go straight to the token counter, they will check online appointement in there system and handover a token. now go to hall 2, first data entry then fees at nbp counter then photo section, after that go to hall1 for medical test(will only check eye sight), now computer based traffic signs and general road safety question( you have to complete it in 20 min), after passing it get your car or bike inside for driving test. once you pass driving test go to hall 2 again at data verification counter, get a final paper, read all your information( if find any mistake make it correct) and return it with your signature. thats it you will get your license within 2-3 days at your given address.

The only problem you'll face would be getting the online token. It's a real hassle. online pre appointment token can be only booked through Monday to Friday from 10AM. And they run out very quickly.

Well.. Overall it was satisfactory (if not good) experience except the data check process from the Server Room. It took more than 1 hour for this process and the staff did not bother to answer what went wrong.
