This is one of the oldest currency exchange companies in Karachi. They began with an office in the Shara E Faisal area and now have expanded. They have better rates of exchange than most money changers in Pakistan moreover great staff and quick service. They also offer services like western union/Money gram and Express Money. Do take a reciept when and wherever you do international transactions in Pakistan.

The operator gives you a good rate on the call but you will never ever get that rate when you reach at their place even after 2 minutes, who so ever has given them 3 4 5 stars are fake reviews completely. These guys also have a bad reputation for fake currency notes. Never ever go here. These guys are frauds. I noticed 4 people came in front of me and said that they just called but everyone got fooled buy their strategy.
Wish I could put negative stars. I had dollars that I wanted to be exchanged to rupees. The customer service representative refused to take 2 Bill's, saying that they're stained and their bank won't accept it. I found it weird since the bills i presented to her were directly from a bank in usa so I don't understand why it was an issue for them to accept it. Long story short, they didn't offer me a good rate and refused to take bills and I ended up not giving them any business at all. I stepped out and decided to go another money exchange company right next to them. I believe it was Gohar exchange and they offered me a better rate and accepted all my bills.
Very bad behaviour n the guy said on the phone call app ne karna kya hai n he use very bad language even though with lady I started conversation with salaam n he use useless language I have never ever go there very bad experience...
Good customer service
I called 10 min before confirming rates when I reached. When I reached most employees flat out refused that I even called and when the employee who I called confessed he answered he simply said those were the rate for that very second in other words trusting whatever the say is a big mistake. Don't give this business any money
Third class service... Instead of giving the rates.. Ask us aap ne karna Kiya hai...
