We visited today and bought some lights from this shop. As soon as we entered we knew that the quality was a cut above any of the other lighting shops we had visited and they had a really good range from modern to more traditional. However, I was more impressed by the service as the chap dealing with us was incredibly attentive and made us feel really important and valued which is a rare but critical experience in todays challenging retail world. Really enjoyed the visit and looking forward to our new lights!
Great service. Had a couple of queries before purchasing lights, which were dealt with very quickly. Lights arrived within 24 hours and are of a very good quality. Also well packaged. Will use this company again.
