i try to contact through phone but always waiting and i emailed you but still no response. and application most useless app i have ever seen. i someone already have han account so where should we login??? no option only registration option and when i try to register its says you already have account with this cnic but i dont know when and where and who made an account with my cnic. no option for recover an account do kindly tell me what should i do when you people not responding????
Your transaction can go in pending for no reason apparently. They do not recognize this as an issue and have no intention of solving it. Any time unknown error can come up and your money will be gone for 24 hours. Highly unprofessional attitude and ridiculous service.
Application only works for mobile easy load, everything else gives an error with a suggestion to contact help desk and online support people are really rude also it seems like they don't have the Jazzcash product knowledge for which they got hired, maybe they got good salaries.
Very bad service. I ordered ATM card 3 month ago, but not yet received. I called to helpline number, but no response.
