I had such a lovely session for microneedling! Explained procedure very well - reassured me regarding concerns and was realistic with me about healing- I did this before a big event so she explained that there will be some improvements but consistency is key Gave me advice and tips about general skin care too! 8 weeks later - feel skin is doing a lot better and less breakouts too! Can’t wait for my next one

The dermatologist took the time to look at my problem and explain my options to me. I was able to receive treatment on the spot which was brilliant - and she took care to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure and that I left with full aftercare information.

I felt very safe having my treatment at this time. There was so much effort to make sure areas were kept clean and I didn't come into contact with any other customers. The laser hair removal was so fast and I can already see results the day after.

I was very apprehensive of visiting but as soon as I entered. I was greeted with a smile and I instantly felt more relaxed. I was given very through about what she would be doing and possibly side effects on the treatment. When you have an upcoming treatment they call to confirm. When my treatment had changed date they always call and leave a message if they can’t get hold of you. Which I think it amazing!
