The building in its hey day must have been a prime real estate but has since fallen into disrepair. The basement parking is an absolute nightmare to park in and is almost always flooded. The lift and guard posts are still maintained but the area outside is almost permanently under construction causing a lot of dust and parking issues not to mention the traffic jams.
