Location is much much better than the nearby Pak Kanta weighbridge; but still not an excellent one. There are many industries in this area which have benefit of proximity but the road conditions are pathetic. There is a weak looking New Karachi Bridge between M9 motorway and this place. Additionally the traffic on the road is very unpredictable and haphazard. Hence heavy loadings may not like to choose this place.
