Fees 1000 per month is little costly,isse thora pehle ALI's gym hy uski fees 700 hy,but wo crowded bohtt hota hy.if you want a peaceful place so i definitely recommend you this gym.

Nice small gym early morning not lots of people so everything is accessible (during evening situation is entirely different) cleanliness 6 out of 10 equipment quality 8 out of 10 environment 7 out of 10 motivation 10bout of 10 (walls are full of Mr. Rameez motivational pictures along with the time line hiwnhentransfered from young boy to full grown huge bodybuilder) Women classes are also been conducted in morning only.

Rameez power zone is a good fitness gym. It has fine range of machines to target almost all of the muscles of your body. It also has Cardio training equipments. The price is reasonable too. The owner himself is a champion body builder.

Best gym for fitness and for making muscles.... Best quality gym with best trainers......Especially 1) Rameez Ibrahim Khan , who is representing Pakistan for several years and this year he is really a thing of proud for all pakistani as he took 4th position in the WBPF held in thailand 2018...................................... 2)Akbar baloch , The Gold medalist of pakistan And many more like Uzair , Ali Arif , Mubeen etc And all are doing well in training the teens and youngsters....... All the trainers are very co-operative with all........... There is a better environment comparing with all other GYMs like there is no use of abusivs languages or Talks about politics etcs....................... Neat and cleaness is essential there ........................ And you have to be punctual and regular there ...........as irregularity can leads you to the lost of time only and no fitness................................... Also you are restricted to wear only shoes and track suit while exercising ............................................................................................................................................................................................................. Also new equipments are now replaced with old so it is more exciting to use them ............................................. There is a maintanence guy whose work is to keep maintain all the things , equipments and machines .......................................................
