The salesmen must have thorough knowledge of what their brand makes and offers for sale. Maybes and ifs and buts tend not only to confuse the customers but caste doubts about product reliability. A main thing missing in Pakistan retail clothing market is the composition of the fabric. Many retail outlets do not care about this aspect and there are hardly any composition and care instructions. Is it that the fabric or garment we buy here does not require any care? The salesmen were unable to provide details of process on the fabric, it's composition etc.. Are they really salesmen? I still wonder!
