Staff was supportive but security lady needs to be kicked out. She does not have any idea how to talk with people coming there for their issues/complaints. Even in police station they didnt behave or treat like this. Kept on shouting on every person.

Too much rush, for a small job you have to spend hours in queue. Instead they should improve online services. One thing very important, that SSGC is overbilling with the term PUG, it is clearly written that PUG will be charged after changing defective/ slow meter, but practically they are charging prior to change the meter. if your house is un-occupied for three continuous months, so there's no consumption and reading will be zero, so automatically their system start adding PUG charges without investigating.

Customer service is good but Customer que system was not working at that moment overall they responded in decent way and resolved issue with manners. But this place is only for bill related issues not for gas leakage, meter related or any gas related concern queries.

They dont receive calls anyways, and one of the most pathetic service provider like rest. Surprising you cant contact or make calls of Suigas KHI division from other cities. What a joke, screw ya all

SSGC higher authorities should take an emergent note against hygiene, working of Air conditioners, behaviour of staff eith valuable customers and imposition of 100 units in case of long closure of any residence. Annoying behaviour in public places from staff like SSGC creates anxiety embarrassment and bad values of ethics among customers. Literate and illiterate people should be treated in same manner. Moreover the staff of SSGC has to do nothing with professions of customers. (These are just suggestions)
