Staff is not available 24 /7, just visited the office and none of the staff was available. Better they should not claim that they are 24 hrs open. Disappointing

Sentiment express service is the worst . Second time cake sent to me by my parents and it was literally SARRA HUA cake with gross smell and taste and also delivered a day late then actual day , and first time also it was same like this ... Tcs service is good , no doubt

Sentiment Express service is the worst service I have ever encountered. The way there service has treated me, It does not even deserve a single star. I ordered a birthday cake using there \within 24 hour\ service. My amount got deducted and I even got the confirmation from their service ambassador that my order is confirmed. But in reality, for the next 48 hours my order status was kept on hold and reported to me that the amount has not reached us. After many complaints, they check and received the amount and after 72 hours my order was delivered. Not a single apology came from their service even though I contacted their customer care several times. Sentiment express should be ashamed of themselves.

I usually selected sentiments to send gifts back home but after my recent experience with them, they won't even be my last option. I ordered a bouquet for my family member on an important occasion which never reached. On following up with them, they cancelled the order and all I got to hear was \we will refund you\ with no apologies or anything. On top of it they sms'd the complain ticket number to the recepient of the gift. Completely Disgraceful. When you order a gift for a loved one, you expect that gift to reach on time.
