5-star reviews associated are probably fake. Placed an order 21 days ago and still haven’t gotten shipping information. I tried to call the number listed but it results in “the text now subscriber...”. I used both the web based contact us and the email listed but didn’t get a response. I guess I may have to dispute the charge and figure out a refund. It stinks because we were really looking forward to the product. Order #788 **Update** We finally got an email back stating a delivery truck was in an accident and to expect a new shipment with tracking info 24-48 hours. That was 4 days ago... **Final Update** Still no reply back so I filed the dispute with my financial institution. The order was placed 21 days ago. I also find it strange that the owner replied to everyone else’s reviews but mine... I highly recommend doing business with someone else.

I love this!! I ordered Dyson airwrap and got it within ten days! The curls hold amazing and they look great. This is the exact same as the dyson air wrap complete it just comes with the travel pouch for free! I suggest buying this while it’s still in stock. It is worth the money.

I bought airwrap after my daughter in law used a friends and told me it was the easiest thing ever! She was so right! I have never been able to curl hair without leaving crimps on the ends. Buy new Dyson Airwrap form this store Loving it! It's the first time I feel like I can style my own hair almost as well as a professional. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's worth the effort to get the smooth look and controlled gentle waves that I want. Super fun to use the barrels, watching the hair wrap around them via the Coanda effect. Also gives way better result than first drying and then using a curling iron.

This company is a scam. I ordered an item almost a month ago, per the website policy shipping is within 48 hours. 2 weeks later nothing. Sent numerous emails with no response, initially the driver got in a wreck with my package, then the company had processing issues. No working phone number. Ended up filing a dispute. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER.
