Non serious terrible service provider having relentless and non professional attitude. Service is unavailable for last 5 days, made several complaints, even mailed the headoffice, but the whole lot is numb. Not even a reply or acknowledgement.

Very Pathetic people & services I ever encountered. I live in Phase V, Extension Karachi, still using them only because the installation is pretty old when there was no other choice, now there are many options with much more good result and channels. In the event of any breakdown they keep you waiting for good to resolve. Recently two days my cable and Internet are out of order but even after multiple complains result is still zero. This time I will certainly change them with some good one.

Everyone should boycott because they don't provide hassle free services, they don't entertain complaints either through e-mail/chat or call. Their UAN is hardly attended. I am being complaining regarding my cable service which is out of order since 2 weeks a d being visit g their office at Clifton but of no use and today I have received a bill which is unjustified .
