Poor customer service. Went to packages and emporium to pre-order iphone12pro blue on 1st day of pre-booking. Both of them denied saying only one color is available. Online pre-booking had problems at check-out page which was fixed after 3 days of launch. Ordered online and was confirmed over the call that I would get it by 18th or 19th Dec max and was asked to pay 25k bank transfer, which I did in the next 5 mins. I haven't received the phone and have been calling their helpline for the last 3 days. No one answers the given numbers on their website, google maps, facebook. Absolutely ridiculous services.

I hv paid full amount for note 20 ultra on 9th August. and they promised to deliver till 15th August, now a month later I am still waiting to receive it, chat with airlink is attached, they are not giving a date when will they ever deliver, daraz don't hv a helpline or a complain centre, now phone is available everywhere in market but only pre order made through daraz are stuck here with this seller. Totally criminal approach by them.
