The selection of bikes and accessories is good but the prices are on the higher side. Certain accessories you can get from other places at nearly half the price. Exact same thing and exact same quality.

Best place in Lahore for getting a new bike or a used one, their after sales service is amazing. Highly recommended for maintenance and accessories as well
Great collection of bicycles and servicing is available too, however, as with any shop which is offering "premium" services the prices are quite over the top. In addition to this, its quite far for residents not living in DHA and can't find other mechanics to service their bikes. Although this isn't their fault, the fact that they might be the only shop in Lahore that can service hybrid bikes they do factor this fact into their prices.

If you are expecting a shop being owned by an actual bike enthusiast and good customer service, than I am sorry to tell you that this is not the place. I heard about this place on my.recent visit to Pakistan. I took my dad's old bike for service there as my parents live quite nearby. First impression there was really good. I was really impressed by the bikes there but as I tried to start a conversation regarding the main person in charge there, or I think he was, I quickly realized that this person had pure business-man persona and was not really a bike enthusiast. That was a quick let down for me ... Anyhow, I took my dad's bike to the workshop downstairs and was met with good service at first. Basically I knew I wanted to get the rear derailleur changed on my father's bike and since it was in defense area, I was mentally prepared to pay more than I would have had at other areas. Anyhow, I got a new derailleur for 3k. But the manufacturer was someone I never heard of (I have forgotten the name) When I asked about warrenty, I was told they never give warrenty for bike parts.. which is really weird. Anyhow, I managed to convince them to give me a week's Warrenty. (Thankgoodness) Because guess what happened after 3 days and 34km later, guess what happens.. derailleur breaks..when i took the bike back to the shop, I was surely agitated and I asked for a refund. I was not provided one. I was not met with the same friendly staff that met me on day one, though they were the same people. The best I could get out of them was a free repair. Luckily it works for now but I am never going there again nor will I recommend this to anyone.
