First detail inspection of your car. Then they give you a base price of your vehicle which is almost 85% of market value. Then you can accept this offer or if you wish you can wait for the vehicle to be auctioned on their online internal platform, dealers and brokers participate in this online auction. If you are lucky you will be offered a price roughly equal to 95% of market value as a result of this auction. This 5% difference translates into a substantial amount, for example for a Rs. 2 million car it may mean Rs.100000. But positive side is that you spare yourselves hassle of selling used car, hard bargaining with dealers and if you are trying to sell online, the hassle of attending phone calls and hassle of showing car to the prospective buyers. Now there is a trade off between this gigantic personal effort to sell your car and 5% price difference through Carfirst. Choice is yours.
