PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. I did the mistake of using them for international move of my furniture to Australia. They told me at the time of booking that they will bring container on the same day they do packing, and will seal it in front of me. On the day, they went about saying container is not available today and they need a few days to bring from Karachi - ended up taking one week, making all the goods wet from rain in the mean time. And then packed the furniture while it was still wet - our mistake, we were not standing on their head! Pathetic packing done for the goods as well. There were footprints on the furniture showing workers were walking over it when packing. When we received the furniture after two months, it had been broken, dented and bent due to moisture in side. Lost it all. Obviously they never accepted their mistake or paid anything back. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. (Edited to add the country of my move)

I just spoke With Costa sales official to move my Dihatsu coure where they demand 19K carriage which appropriate. I am hoping for the best As I promised to share my experience, It was really fantastic experience I had, they delivered my car from Karachi to Lahore within the timeline (3days), I was continuously following up about location, driver, delivery etc and found them very cooperative & responsive over wattsapp/call. They delivered car and luggage as it was handed over upon booking at karachi without any damage. Thanks to the Costa team

I telephoned this company on two separate occasions on two separate days to get a quote for the cost of sending cargo from Pakistan to the UK. On both occasions the same member of staff told me what the charges would be and the the same amount was quoted each time. I therefore made arrangements to attend the company's offices in Lahore to drop off my cargo and book it for the UK. I informed the member of staff that I would be on my way. About 5 minutes after I called a different member of staff telephoned me back and stated that as I was sending cargo to the UK, the cost had gone up. He quoted me charges almost 100% higher than the first member of staff told me! I can only speculate as to this very sudden and completely unexpected increase in their charges but it would directly relate to the integrity and honesty of the staff at this company.
