I had purchased victoria spring mattress. I had complained about it and my complaint ID was 22364. I claimed this mattress because it causes backache and we have all PNS Shifa documents related to a spinal problem. Our doctor recommended just change the mattress. I contacted HQ support staff many times and also authorized dealer for 3 months but no professional positive response yet. Whenever I call and ask they simply reply your claim will be reached in 2,3 days also email has been forwarded. I tried to reach your Facebook page but no response. Then I commented on the page about all this but I was blocked the next day in the comment section. Special advice: Blocking a comment section on the Facebook page is not a dealing trick in the modern era. I can still use social media with the hashtag and upload with the facts video and share it so people who trust you, at least think about your warranty and claim process.
