I went there for renewal of my learner driving license and found every one very cooperative, decent and professional. Specially the guy Mr. Imran. He was such a nice guy. 5 Star Service.

Person at the reception is out of this world. if i remember his name was Imran ( very much co-operative); where as other staff... they deserve to be stationed at Sibi. All are doing job for the sake of Job. Complete e-Khidmat markaz is empty; yet we have to give Jaga TAX ; CTO testing fee on HBL ( not written on any website as per now) which is appr. 5 km away ( for submitting Rs.100/-) and then have to buy Post office yet located on another place.. E-Khidmat has been made E-khawari... all the related offices should be at the same location ; there is space available but hopeless situation. Entered E-khidmat @ 9am today and left @12:20pm.... i wonder what would happen in upcoming Summer. Furthermore No SOP being followed for the COVID-19 and if you have a strong reference this place is just made for you!
