I bought 3 shirts on cash basis from their Lahore studio. The very next day, I took 1 shirt back to get exchanged due to size error. I was ready to buy something more expensive in exchange but they outrightly refused to exchange. That's extremely poor customer service. Did not expect this from such a big name.
