Its about a month couldn't get my parcel,no one even contacted and no one on the phone assistance,i think this is graveyard number,no one alive... Actually they are earning haram salaries of our money that's why most of government servants are always unhappy in their families.haram khilao gy to harami bachy hi paida hoty hain nalaiko...resign if can't do the job!

They have 3 different phone numbers for customer service and no service available on any of the three. I'v been trying to reach these useless pieces of corruption and no response. Whoever reading this--- Please do not use there service even it is free cz it's not even worth waiting that much and no guaranty if your valuables will ever see the light of the day. Just spend a little on any other private courier service instead.
My experience was the same as any other pakistani legal or civil department they ask for unnecessary paper/application and run around

Pakistan post is probably the next PIA or Pakistan Steel Mill. Service special international service is poor. and when the IMO and Customs department join hands.. everything becomes hundred times worse
Worst service, they make you run around for hours until their closing time, make you visit multiple times and still not get their Damm job done. This is a stain on Pakistan.
