People of Pakistan, other South Asian and Persian speaking countries have been using this term to address their dearest and beloved ones. We have named our organization as ‘Jaan e Alam’ because this term truly embodies our love, care, and warmth. And who is Jaan e Alam for us; who is our beloved; who is dearest to us? For us our customers and our employees are the dearest ones; for us, they are ‘life of the world’. We believe that by making them the center of our universe and keeping them at the top of our priority list, every other aspect of the business will take care of itself. So whichever business line we are in, our customers and our employees are ‘Jaan e Alam’ for us. The tradition of love, care, and warmth reflect our ethos too that come from our homeland - Pakistan. This land has always carried its softer side intact even during most difficult of times and has sung the songs of love even amidst the greatest of mayhem and carnage through which it has gone through. From the same tradition of love, care and warmth, we also derive our core values, which are: Respect - as one cannot truly love and care without respect; Integrity – how else can one be true to the beloved?; Constant Struggle to improve ourselves to deliver better value – how else one can keep its beloved happy if there is no continuous improvement in its life, which can only come if we serve better with each passing day. With constant improvement, we mean that we will keep innovating and keep improving our offerings across all of our business segments in which we operate. For this, we shall take steps to mentor and train our employees to make sure that the attitude of innovation and thriving toward perfection is built into the culture of Jaan e Alam. All of us in our organization, from top to bottom shall live the above values in letter and spirit.
