Society is maintained but mostly unoccupied. Around 5% only houses are built. Highly over priced inventory of plots. Staff is usually in a mood to fight. They must be polite and courteous and ever helping. If the society couldn't perform since its announcement and investors/ genuine customers are creating fuss, then there must be an inherent problem with society. Over all, location is good, ambiance is peaceful, roads and boundaries are constructed but price is beyond expectations. Bigger plots cutting not available. Electricity through wapda grid not available (in process) and gas would not be available in near future. Majority trees are cono corpus which is highly lethal tree for the ground water. Symmetry of society is also disbalanced because of land acquisition in small chunks
