I made a mistake of trying Giftoo to order a birthday gift and thanks to their unreliability the occasion and plan for the day was ruined. I selected the delivery slot of 1 pm - 4 pm and the delivery was done after 8pm!! And even worse is that they were not giving accurate information which disrupted the plans even more. When I checked in the morning, they told me delivery will be at 6 pm - 2 hours after the final time. The recipient had to go somewhere in the evening and I made them wait at home longer. At 6:30pm when I checked their employee lied to me that delivery will be in 20 minutes (don't know on what basis) but the item was finally delivered after 8pm when recipient was not home and birthday had ended by the time they came home. Very unreliable. They should not commit what they cannot deliver. The balloon sticker they said was the reason for delay and it wasn't a clear sticker either
