Almost all the staff been change. At the moment staff service is very slow, take hours to get one's turn. Temporary staff is not well trained. Amazing is this age some staff not even good at working on computers. There should always a well trained staff available for backup in case there is need for them. People has to stand while waiting for their turn to come.
