Do I need to tell you its the worst airline on the planet.. Such a shame for our beloved country. Went to saudia for umrah with kids in Dec 2019 and no words to explain it was such a mistake. Daily we used to go to airport with luggage & seats confirmed but they tell us in Arabic that small plane came from Pakistan so no seat for you. When we try to talk to them in English they keep saying only Arabic otherwise Yallah. No PIA staff coming to the counter, not even a single person, can you believe this? Standing for 3 hours & then getting back to hotel with luggage & small kids.

What a pity, chartered flights with sky rocketing ticket prices(around 250000 per person) and no option of online payment, no facility of cash counting machines. Female staff spending 10 minutes in counting payment of one passenger. Shambles all over.
