Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a section 42 Public Sector Company, incorporated with Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on 4th October, 2016 under Companies Ordinance 1984 by Government of the Punjab. PPIF is established to render financial and technical assistance to innovative projects for population planning and improving access and generating demand for family planning services. The overall objective of the Fund is to expand the coverage and improve quality of family planning services for the citizens of Punjab especially in rural, poor and under-served areas. The Fund will supplement the activities of PWD and HDs by financing innovative and result based programs of public, non-government and private sector organizations for enhancing the coverage and access of FP services. It will in addition support innovations in communications particularly those involving youth and men in subsequent years.
