I am Maha Irfan and proud to be a student of ibreez Rumi who has enlightened my heart and soul with the never ending light of self realisation, I am a dietitian by profession and now after having 3 months regular classes I just started my yoga alliance teacher training course with sir ibreez, this is one of my favorite spots in Lahore. Ibreez Rumi is a fantastic teacher and has done a great job of getting an amazing lineup of other teachers. I love the advanced vinyasa, but the all levels is perfect for anyone from the most beginner to the most advanced as there is a lot of freedom. And if you're needing to really relax and restore, the restoration classes are pretty amazing. Really love the feel and energy of the space as it is surrounded by a lot of natural light...and there's parking! You don't find that often. If you are in the area, definitely try it out! No fee for your first month is a pretty sweet deal! highly recommended !!!

I have been taking yoga workshops, classes in Karachi Islamabad and other cities but I never found a highly profile yoga teacher trainer and Yoga Guru like ibreez rumi and the best yoga institute like Rumi Yoga & wellness. Sir Ibreez Rumi & the entire team including Farah Omer are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They have excellent knowledge and experience to treat specific problems and I was immensely benefited by their therapy yoga techniques to not just resolve my back & neck and Heart issues but also gain strength. Highly recommended for people who want to treat or recover from lifestyle challenges or specific injuries. I was suffering from my heart condition from my childhood and gone through lots of treatment . The day I joined yoga at Rumi Yoga Lahore, I am feeling much better,Rumi sir and his team asure me it will be recover soon.i know the process will take time .But I am sure sooner i would be heals with yoga therapy IA. Truly a blessing finding this place and the Lead Yoga Teacher Ibreez Rumi who is a wonderful and amazing yoga teacher. It's just the mental escape and break I need to recenter myself . Excellent, relaxing yoga classes and late class times!and clean colorful classrooms. All the instructors I have had have been great and sometimes there is even live music. My colleagues and I have been practicing at Rumi Yoga Studio Lahore for about a month now. It is such a joy to walk in to a place full of peace and love. The moment you walk in the door and leave the outside world by taking your shoes off - relaxation begins. I have found a home where you are encouraged to just be you where you are in the present moment and to learn to bring that out into the world. Love love love this studio ... Highly recommend!

Coming new to this city I was worried wether I will find a good yoga studio but came across Rumi Yoga and going to be around for long.
