Its a request to all the people who ever wanted to visit Shazia Kiyani, please be prepared to deal with a very disrespectful woman ( Shazia Kiani ) herself. A dress we ordered from her wasn’t in proper fitting and nothing like the dress that we had seen in pictures. Sometimes her excuse was that the sample was for zero size, and sometimes she would say your size changed but whats the point of buying such an expensive dress when they cant even cater to your size. How can someones size change within 3-4 weeks. The staff there is polite and honestly the only reason its still in business is cause of them because they know how to deal with clients and with our case the staff member tabitha promised that she would get it fixed on her behalf but when we went to pick the dress up on the day of the event of the wedding the owner was there and staff told us the owner didnt allow it to get it fixed and we cant do anything about it. Then the owner came and said if you dont want it you can leave it here but wont get refund and you can leave. When we argued she even had the guts to say that i will call security. I am surprised she is still in business with such attitude.

The worst and the most unprofessional brand I have ever been to. It was my sons wedding mehndi dress which she has failed to deliver as shown in the sample and on top of that she had the guts to say that we will not fix it you dont have to take it and we will not refund and it was a shame that the owner shazia kiyani is such a shameful and disrespectful cheap owner that she disrespected me so much being the owner of such a brand. I hope no ones goes to this brand to face this owner because she is definitely a very disrespectful person and does not know how to treat a client, never go here if you wish to enjoy your wedding!
I ordered a suit for a nikkah from this designer. Initially I made a 50% deposit (50,000 PKR) after the designer falsely promised she would have the outfit ready and dispatched for the 20th of January 2021. I later received a voice note from a member of staff saying they take at least '2-3 months'. I then had a family member from Pakistan itself since I am based in the UK to chase them up about my order. The designer claimed she had to go to Dubai urgently and will have her staff look into it. Firstly, there is an ongoing pandemic, so the designer would know beforehand if she was going abroad but obviously she just wanted to stall the situation so I wouldn't ask for my deposit back. Secondly, her staff added me to a group chat in which half of the participants didn't even know about my order in the first instance. Ordering from Shazia Kiyani Couture has been an absolute waste of time. The most appalling part is that the staff member who took my order has gone on to completely ignore me after the deposit payment was made. Shazia Kiyani has tarnished the reputation of not herself, but also fellow designers because of my whole experience. This designer doesn't deserve one star even. Save your breath and don't place an order with this designer because all they do is give you false hopes and your order will never be fulfilled.
On April 17th i placed an order on the website for my Walima dress. Its very upsetting to have your special day ruined by poor service and bad communication. I have tried to approach the brand several times and asked for an uppdate so i could se what am getting and not get surprised right before the big day. So far, my experience with them have been very unpleasant. Everytime iasked for uppdate they kept saying wait for the given date. The given date was 1st des and its been a month but my dress is still not ready. The most disgusting part is that the girl named Gadhan who took my my order havent replied me in almost 4 months, she keeps ignoring my msgs and changed completely after getting the payment. Different team members keep saying its ready and you will get to see it today but it never happens. Those 2 pics i got til now looks nothing like what i wanted, it looks cheap and uncomplete, not surprised as this is exactly what happens when you try to make bridal dress in 2 weeks. They Ruined my dream dress and they ruined the whole experienc, something that was supposed to be exciting and memorable :/ . I posted a review 2 des and i was asked to remove the review. I would strongly recommend not placing any order with them as I would not want any other bride-to-be to go through this stress.
